There are many new immune marker tests that have good results finding infections that do not show on many tests. These tests range from brain hormones, mold titers, infectious species (Borrelia, Babesia etc.), neck inflammatory markers, parasitic DNA, fungal resistance and so forth. It is exciting applying newer technologies and biochemistry studies to old conditions.
